The application vendor has moved to later versions than what we have and no longer support the Dongle version. Since they no longer support the version we have, they are not able provide us any support for this problem. I am trying to find out what is different in Windows 7 from XP that it is not working. If you are using a bit version of windows 7 which most likely is because of microsoft's drive to make the PC platform fully bit.
